Shipping and Returns
Shipping
At this time, the only option that we have for shipping in regards to all of our items is standard shipping. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide any rush shipping on our merchandise items. Depending on your location, it can take anywhere from 3-14 days for you to receive your item. Once your item has been printed and sent out (usually 2-7 business days), you will receive a follow up email with a tracking number for your item(s). By using a print-to-order model, we are able to stock all of our designs and sizes, which ultimately gives our fans the best experience with the widest selection. Thanks so much for your support!
Packages will come directly from our supplier, but should be marked with The Treetop Mansion logo. Thanks for your patience and understanding as we are always striving to provide the best variety of items with the highest quality.
Returns
Please keep in mind that all of our merchandise is made-to-order, so returns will put a bit of a strain on our fulfillment system (I mean we ARE musicians, after all) - so please shop with the intent to keep your item (We are working on a customer experience like Zappo's... Still working)! That said, we will ALWAYS do our best to work with you for a store credit or a replacement on any item that doesn't fit or is defective. Should you need to make a return, or if you have any questions, we can be contacted via email at andersentertainment7@gmail.com. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible to make things right, so you can support Treetop Mansion and shop with confidence. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO THE PACKAGE'S RETURN ADDRESS - contact us first and we will give you a return address. Thanks so much!
